40 rooms, and every one of them has a name
Catzumel, Bahamouse, Fort Litterdale, Waikittykitty. The rooms are named after places people go on vacation, which is a small joke that turns out to matter: guests ask for one by name, and it is the detail reviewers mention.
Window or no window is the only real decision
A Garden Room and a Standard Room are the same 4 by 6 feet. The Garden Room has a window, at $30 a night against $25. Some cats spend the entire stay watching the parking lot and the trees, and for those the extra five dollars is the whole vacation. Others prefer a quiet box with nothing moving in it, and a Standard Room suits them better than a window ever would.
Two rooms at 6 by 6 feet and one at 5 by 6 are held for families of three cats or more. Only cats from the same household are ever allowed to mingle, so a bigger room is never shared out to strangers.

What is in the room when she arrives
A carpeted cat tree to climb and sleep in, bedding, floor mats, and her own litter box, scoop and bowls, all of which stay with that suite and are disinfected with a mild bleach solution between every guest. A filtered water fountain can be added for $8 for the stay and a heated bed for $6.
